Just a few hours last night 8/22/2006

[Buoy-Master]

FINALLY got the time to go out for a few hours last night. 6:30 tp 8:30 (daughter had a show she wanted to watch at 9 and keep reminding me!!)</p>

Anyways, the grass towards Soddy is HUGE! Minnows running in the pockets of it and the edges. I didn't do too good with what i was tossing but my son and his crankbait landed 4 fish. </p>

The first ones a keeper but I didnt weight it. Healthy looking fish. NOTE: he covered up his lure..LOL!! </p>

The second fish I'm posting is a tint guy but look at that belly! </p>

I need to add him as a member here and start fishing TXs with him. The kiddo has a natural talent! </p>

Hey, hes a smart one! I need to get him into a kids club!!!! He really has cought some great fish when we go.</p>

Thank you for your comments. I'm hoping bigger fish are coming my way.

I caught these fish on a white crank bait. Dad says it runs about 15 feet deep. I kept my reeling in inconsistant changing the speed while reeling in.

The Cleveland Bass Masters sponsors the "Cleveland Junior Bass Club". The junior club meets the 1st Tuesday of each month. There are some pretty good anglers in the junior club regardless of age. We've had three youths win the state tournament in the last 2 years (2 age groups) and advance to the championship tournament. emoWorthy At the championship tournaments the youth get paired up with one of the competing pros which is a really neat experience. Each of them has also received a one year sponsorship from Strike King. emoTongue I could go on but I won't ramble. emoDoh

BBassjr...... glad you are catching all the fish. The question is... why doesn't you dad ever catch any fish??? Has he lost his touch???emoLaugh It is great to see all the dads and sons and daughters fishing together and having fun... That is the way it is suppose to be.... FAemoGeezer
