Not much to post on this one. Made a run up river to our first stop. Wind was howling on this point so I jumped up to put the trolling motor in before we got blew to the bank. Hit spot lock made first cast and fish was on. Ray was still in the bottom of the boat I had left the big motor running he was turning it off and getting the net. First keeper in the boat. Ray gets up and first cast he has one on a keeper spot. We go a long time catching several short fish about noon Ray set the hook a 4 or 5pounder comes up and goes back down and gets wrapped around something I ran to it but it was gone. He redeemed him self by catching the next keeper. Moved around more catching a short smallie and a catfish. All fish was caught on slow moving baits shakeyhead,c-rig, t-rig,Ned on rocky banks. To our surprise we ended up 2nd place. Congrats to Dean and Mike on the win on a tough day.
