Can anyone tell me what is required (license?) for a juvenile to hunt this weekend? I am aware that they must be with adult....

I think...as long as they are under 13yo. They dont have to buy one. Their ss# is their id # when checking in.

Hunter Safety required for any age over 10 to hunt in TN.

Youth hunters under the age of 13 must have a TWRA ID number in order to use the mobile check-in for biggame animals. Kids can go to an agent location, check station or Regional Office with their parent and SSN card and have a TWRA profile created which will last forever. After that, those youth hunters can use the mobile check-in.

Hunters 13-16 would have juvenile licenses

Adult 21 years old to be along with juveniles and both must wear orange

Thank you...good luck to anyone taking a youth this wknd... Gonna be cold, but last chance for a while.
