Kayak tournament

Would anyone be interested in having a kayak tournament out of Chester frost park this summer? If so email me [email protected]

In the bay at Chester Frost the Wake from the pleasure boaters would be a disaster during the summer and most especially on a weekend. Booker T slough where there is a NO Wake zone would be more fitting.. There is also a public boat ramp off 58 Hwy before you get to Island Cove going North. That Ramp would access more open water and still afford a level of safety from excessive wake

I kayak fish Chester Frost every week and have never had any issues except on weekends. I would be in for a tourney.

Bump. Anyone still up for this? I’ve been wanting to fish a tournament and don’t have access to a boat. I would even be down to do small ones on a weekly basis.

Tennessee Valley Kayak Anglers has a tournament at Chester tomorrow night (Saturday the 26th) from 8pm to 2am at Chester Frost. Captains meeting is at 7:45pm at pavilion 1. Check in is 2am in the main boat ramp parking lot. Check us out on Facebook for more details and rules.
