I snorted dang near the entire bottle and I think my casting got worse. emoBigsmile

I was wondering about that stuff too. Anything that KVD uses or endorses has gotta be good.

I'm using water right now...seems to work pretty well. Let us know if you try the conditioner out and your thoughts on it.

emoDoh Geez!

Look for spray silicone in the automotive dept of any store. When spooling new line, I spray some on a rag and pinch the line in it as I wind it up. If the line start to gain some memory after a while, I peel off 80-100 yards and do it again. Your line will behave and it will increase your casting distance by a ton ... oh, and its cheaper than KVD's aerosol KY.

I use Blakemore Reel Magic. I guess it's the same stuff. It seems to make the line more limp. I spray some on a rag and run the line thru it when I spool on new line. I also spray some on the spool before going fishing. Wal-Mart had some on clearance for a good price.

I have it and like it. It really helps straighten mono and does not leave any noticeable residue. I thought it might be a gimmick at first but I think it works.
