Kids Fishing ponds

The pickett trout farm in Dunlap is now out of business due to the hot and dry conditions this past summer. This was a good place to take very young kids fishing and to ensure they caught something. Are there similiar places around Chattanooga? Where are some good places for very young kids?--Thanks

I have heard there is one in riceville. But sure on directions.

Suppose to be one on Sand Mt, can't remember the directions tho. Never been, but it was a pay pond for trout.

great place, but EXPENSIVE. havent been in a couple years. the website says they are currently closed. im not sure if ifts just a temporary thing or not, but id call up there before going

the one in riceville is off exit 42 turn right and you will cross a concrete bridge look for sign on right turn there i think it says bell springs fisheries or something like that. i used to live up that way years ago they have a minnow ponds also they raise from. i never fished any of the ponds but always heart they were good i think they may have a catfish pond also
