Practice, practice, practice. emoBang Check, double check and recheck again...if in doubt emoScratch cut it off and tie it again. When fighting a big fish the weakest link in your equipment will be a poorly or improperly tied knot. Your rod, reel, and line are only as strong as the knot. Anyone that has fished a lot knows this BUT we tend to get lax, overlook the small details and then BAM emoEnforce the big un got away emoFish emoBawl
I am as guilty as they come emoRedface but I am going to try to be more diligent with this renewed passion for fishing. Now after saying this I can guarantee you that the first big un I have on will come untied....lol.
Good fishing.....

YOUR RIGHT, AINT NO FEELIN MORE SICKENIN emoVomit THAN HAVIN A LUNKER ON AND HAVIN YOUR KNOT SLIP OR CUT ITSELF. BUT I BELEIVE SOME FISH ARE MEANT TO COME ONBOARD & SOME AINT. KNOWHATIMEAN?
