The Atlanta Shallow Water Show is this weekend at the Gwinette Center. Mainly flats fishing (bone, permit, tarpon) and other lodges from around the US, Canada, and the Bahamas. Generally aimed at fly fishers, but if you can't get out to fish, you can at least think about fishing by talking fishing at the show.

I think it is $10.00 (kind of steep if you ask me) to get in. The show is Satuday and Sunday. Probably not what you are looking for but just thought I would mention it.

I was there at the show all four day working the Blueridge Bassmaster booth and Casting for Kids. I think the show was alot better this year then last year, there were alot more vendors this year than last.

Yeah B-Pro i saw you there but i just now realized it was you.I was there w/a friend we bought a couple of your raffle tix.Guess we didnt end up winning.Wouldve been nice hope you guys raised alot of $$.

I thought it was alot better than last year too...in the neighborhood of 40 tackle vendors. I was surprised by the number of guys there almost as soon as the doors opened on Thursday. Most of them were there for specific things and they knew it wouldn`t take long for things to get picked over. There were some good deals and a lot of quality home made tackle. I wish Cutthroat and RR could have made it up.... I``m sure you would done real well.

I was there early Saturday A.M.. This year was quite a bit better than previous years. There were more good deals on tackle than in years past, especially homemade jigs and plastics.

I think there will be a tackle show at Camp Jordan that Andy Buck is putting on the last day of Feb. and the first two days of March .....Last I heard he had 7 boat mfg. and I don't remember how many tackle vendors
