kudos to rod saver company

Just put on the retractable tie downs on ny Ranger and had to get the brackets to mount them from rod saver,called them and pat was the greatest with service,had the brackets sent for free and were here in two days.Just nice to know people stilol care about there products and there customers. Yes Rodsaver is a great company. I bought a pack of the strap type tie downs a couple years ago. The pack was supposed to have 1-15" and 1-6" strap in it but it only had 2-6" straps. I called them and told them and they sent me the 15' strap for free and did not want the mispackaged set back. That is true service to me. They just trusted my word and took care of business.
