This gadget is on our new boat and totally misunderstood by me. How do you guys choose how to set yours? Any info appreciated.

there's a lot of guys that play with the different sounds and volume. i put it on bait blitz(95% of the time) and turn the volume all the way up!

I put mine on delayed schooling, when not real active. Feeding frenzy, when active. Bream bed from April thru June, especially at night, and of course shad spawn during that same time. Power pattern is suppose to be good search tool, when covering water.

I'll jump in and mention that it can activate inactive fish but you need to be in an area where fish are present and have the right lure and technique. It's not a miracle fish caller.

if youre asking me, i will tell you that i wont own a boat with it! i have literally seen MANY instances where it got fish more actively feeding. tell ya story, was back in NC, budddy was up the lake and called me to see if i was catching them. i said "yeah, catching the hell out of these schooling fish!" he said "i havent seen any schooling fish all day" i asked where he was, he told me and i told him to wait right there, i was on the way. within 15mins of me dropping my trolling motor in the water at his location the fish were schooling and we started catching them. he had caught a couple when first pulled up but it had tapered off until i got there. just one example
