Congratulations to 16 year old Patric Hulsey! He weighed in nearly 11 lbs and a five fish limit to take the victory! Patric was kind enough to grant us an interview (see the video) to share his winning strategy and tell us a little bit about himself. The always entertaining Toby Hicks also had a little insider scoop! LOL
