According to the TWRA website http://www.state.tn.us/twra/fish/StreamRiver/stockedtrout/stockedtrout.html they should be stocking today (02/13/08).

I didn't see any information on the specific number to be stocked.

I have heard they will stock on the 13th of this month, which is today . It can only be fished Friday, Saturday and Sunday's, and that is just for a certain time, probably through April. Then it is shut down until next fall or winter.
Anyone under the age of 15 does not have to have a trout stamp, or that the way I read it from a flyer that was posted on a lakeside tree when I checked into it a couple weeks ago.
The bite should be good this weekend and I plan on takin some of my boys to check it out.

All the folks I talk to there a couple weeks ago, fish on the bottom with Power Bait and or worms. No float. Best of luck to you.
