There are stripers fairly near Tidwell ramp toward the back of Baldridge creek on those flats in front of Mary Alice ramp. There are also LOTS of stripers in Flat creek from what I hear, especially in the first big bay, the back bay, and near the mouth of Balus creek (which splits off flat creek). If you are after Bass then I can't help you with exact location, but I will say that I have caught a BUNCH of very nice spots in 4-mile creek and the back of 6-mile creek on the other side of the bridge. There is almost always plenty of bait at those 2 places and normally quite a few Spots and often this time of year Stripers. Sorry I can't be more help but I rarely fish the lower part of the lake except in Feb. and March. I have been putting in in my jetboat from the bank wayyyy up on the north end of the lake. Hammonds at the intersection of 369 and 306 (just off GA 400) has excellent live bait (Crappie minnows, Blueback Herring, Trout, and sometimes Gizzard Shad) if you want to fish with live bait. Good Luck.
