anyone ever hunted area 11 at lbl. i have a hunt there this weekend and have never hunted this area.

Around here you might hunt the side of ridges. LBL get in the bottom of those steep ridges, over worn trails. Don't make the mistake of saying a deer won't come throuigh here. Alot like hunting South Alabama in that respect. If you go on a rifle hunt. Just set up somewhere, ignore the people, don't think notheing will come through if you get walked over. Only advice I can give.

Used to have a lease that bordered the LBL on the East side of the river. That area is absolutely covered up with deer! Some good ones too! Good luck!

thanks guys hope to get a big buck. our hunt is one either sex so they beter not no doe come thru sunday about mid day . she might be in trouble when the 300 mag goes off.
