I checked on Ross at 6:00 this morning. He just grunted at me. I knew he was tired because we have been hitting it pretty hard these last couple of days. He finally woke up at 10:00. We went down around Moccasin Bend and fished the rip-rap until we couldn't take the heat any more. We quit about 3:30. I don't remember working harder for 15 small bass than we did today. All on bandits.
Met Jig Junky on the river. He saw the Panama Hat guy fishing rip-rap and he said, "You must be the MadBomber". I guess the hat has become my trademark, not to mention the rip-rap.
Ross is going back to Atlanta this evening. This is the first time he and I have spent time together alone. It's been a great 3 days. I'll be out of town all next week except for Wednesday. I will be checking the posts though.
