Lease openings !

We have 10 opening on a Deer and Turkey lease in Macon County , Tennessee . A little over 1500 acres with selective clear cuts and mature oaks . Terrian is rolling hills to big ridges . I have been on this lease for 10 years and love it . Several of the big bucks that have been harvested had drop tines . Gobblers have weighted in the 25 lb range with 1" 1/2 spurs and tripled beards . Price is 250 a year . If interested or have any questions pm me .

It is above Jackson County and beside Clay County . A few miles from the Kentucky -Tennessee line .

I might be seriously interested if I can come up with some spare change. I had to get out of my South Ga lease this year due to lack of funds. Got any overhead photos I could look at? Or any GPS coordinates I could look up on Google Earth? Feel free to PM them to me if you don't want to broadcast anything...I wouldnt blame you at all

Adam , The lease is divided into two sections bewteen a little town called Red Boiling Springs . First section has 5OO acres and the second over 1000 acres .

that is a great deal. How many people are on the lease total? Has it been managed for quality deer management?

Allen , I believe they want 25 members . It hasn't been on the QDM program but about everybody practice their own QDM . You can't harvest big deer if you don't let them grow up .
