The royal shad I have seen is on the excaliber baits. Sportsman's warehouse should have plenty.

Cotton Cordell had the Royal Shad and Royal Red lipless crankbaits long before Excalibur but I thing the Excaliburs are a better lure overall. Neither brand is hard to find.
