Just wondering if anyone else has issue, specially on a Stratos, with the seals leaking when the live well is on recycle?

After loading up this week in CBA and getting my fish out of the well, most of my water was gone! It came in full!! Looks like I may have to cap off the rear drains.

Wonder if those seals are something that can be changed without having to change the entire system?

BBass get some clorox and pour about a cup in each livewell work valves back and and then shut off valves closed position let sit a couple hours then flush system with fresh water should fix the problem

If it has the flow rite valves, very common valve, you can buy the replacement flaps $4. They are a pretty simple sytem. The water trying to go out is what seats the flap. The clorox trick may work to remove the slime. I have never heard of it, but makes sense. I don't know what the effects of bleach would be on the system. Just a thought.

You should have a V3 valve. Here is the website. Look at the very bottom of the page for the rebuild kit for $10. In my book they list just the flaps for $4 so the kit would be better and cheaper in the long run. Hop this helps.
