Livewell aerator question

I noticed my livewell would not fill when I turned the switch on. When I toggle the switch to where it would come on with the timer, it seems to work fine. It appears it just doesn't work when I put it in the manual mode. I thought I would ask on here before I start digging under the dash and in the bilge area looking for the problem. It may just be a loose wire, but thought I'd ask. I've never fooled with that system before. Thanks....Jim

sounds like a loose connection or that side of the switch has gone bad. a test light will tell you pretty quickly if youre getting voltage out of that side of the switch

Agree w/ Rusty. Recommend starting at the switch panel. Had a similar issue on my Triton. Ended up replacing the panel (was way easier than breaking it down into individual switches).

Thanks for the responses. I seldom use it, but hate to have it not working. Appreciate the advice.
