Looking for a lease for next hunting season.

I've been in Chattanooga for almost 6 years and mainly been hunting public land. (TVA or WMA). I'm on my dads lease in Carter county but can't take off and hunt it but maybe a day or two a month. I'm looking for something in Hamilton, Rhea, Meigs, Bradley, or maybe even Polk or Bledsoe county. Is there anyone that knows of a opening or can point me towards a couple of decent trustworthy people who would be interested in making a serious attempt to acquire some land. If anyone can help pm please. I'm looking for 50+ acres.
