Looking for bowfishing partner

So I've never gone bowfishing, but I want to give it a shot. Would like to try and find some gar (and no, they won't be dumped at the ramp). I've got the boat, generator, some lights and a bow setup. The boat's no pro setup, just going to rig some work lights and see how it does. I'm just looking for someone with some experience to go out with. Would love to get out this weekend if possible. im on the water a lot and I shoot the tournaments.
