I'll be fishing both the BFL Choo-Choo and the ABA weekend series. Looking for a Co Angler to link up with for quarantee entry. Anyone interested please contact me threw the CFF site or by email. Thanks, Clay

ok 2jigs you beat me to him i still need a boater for the rest of 08 choo-choo bfls have 1 for the first one. but he has a co for the rest. keep your ears and eyes open and send em my way if you or anyone else knows of another boater needing a co-angler

I will tell you that last years ABA sponsored BASS Weekend Series was under a lot of folks radar screens. Most divisions had less than 40 boats starting and by the end most divisions were down to around 20 competitors. This year they are guaranteeing 5000.00 for first, regardless of the amount of entries, but they also are adding in a regional qualifers for the nationals, which wasn't there last year. Expecting quite a few more entries.
I can say the Nationals were a blast, and I had a blast with Freebird (although the rule was if we crapped out bad on pre-fishing, we did well for the tournies!). If you are interested, go to BASSFAN.COM and listen to the interview with Jeff Coble, who won it this year. He tells it like it is, there are great benefits from weekends tournaments, without paying those huge entry fees. He was my angler for the first day of the nationals, and I just sat back and took notes and did my best not to interfere with his chances, which were a lot better than my lousy butt!
