If you guys ever come across Braswell's dressings at the store, I HIGHLY recommend getting some of their Vidalia Onion Peppercorn and use as a marinade on steak, chops, chicken. I like to rub with some spices...minced garlic, peppercorn medley, Montreal seasonings, then marinate in ziploc bags. I will normally marinate in the a.m. before I head off to work, then fire the grill when I get home. By far some of the best steaks I've ever had.
Coat steaks with soft butter, sprinkle garlic powder on the buttered steaks and grill as you normally would, my advice is to grill on the hottest coals you can find.

Coat steaks with yellow mustard, grill on the hottest coals you can find.

Sprinkle on Tone's Canadian steak seasoning, rub it in, grill on a hot fire to your likeing.

Call me when they are done, I like boneless rib eyes, medium rare.

Josh, "Monkey Dust" is a dry seasoning that I have been making for over 25 years. It's part of the Big Al's Brand of sauces and seasonings and is great on chicken, chops, fish, ribs, steak, salads and almost anything else. These products will be available online soon, but in the meantime, I would be willing to share a little sampler of Monkey Dust and Grillin' & Dippin' Saucewith you. Let me know. Thanks, Al

Try some of these local products , I've been using their Cajun BBQ for 20 years . Their seasoned tenderizer is great on steaks and their dry rub works good on ribs. http://www.southernrecipefoods.com/products.htm I think Bi-Lo is the only outlet in the area,
