Looking for Yamaha HPDI lower unit

Does anybody have a HPDI lower unit or know of one for sale or parts? I really only need a housing and prop shaft but for the right price i would consider a whole lower with bad gears or needing rebuilt. Thanks

juat put a new one in mime housing in old is good gears were shot

I bought my motor last year and like a dummy didnt pull the prop and check all that out. Well apparently the wrong thrust washer was put on it and it has ate the prop shaft up and slide down on to the housing and wore it down to the prop shaft seals.
