Looking to buy used boat.

Im looking to step up from my first little boat and get a fairly nice bassboat. Looking to stay in the low teens($15,000) or below in money. I have been looking for a while now. I personally like the Nitro, but I am not sold on a certain brand at this point. If anyone knows of a nice rig for sale please let me know. Thanks

Seth, for what your willing to spend you should be able to find a nice boat. If your willing to drive a little to pick one up check out boattrader.com. I got a great deal on mine when I bought it but I had to drive nearly 3 hours one way to pick it up. Just be patient and look at LOTS of boats and brands before you settle on one. I probably looked at 30 or 40 boats before I bought mine and I couldn't be more happy with it.

I hear ya bud, I have looked at a lot of new boats, used boats, every online place you can imagine. Its just hard knowing I can get one and picking the right one. Since this is gonna be my first step up, I dont want to go too big, but I dont want to go to small either. This sucks.lol

get what u want to begin with,that stepping up will cost u money every time u step up.get a solid boat with a solid motor then add your goodies as u can.be sure to have compression and leak down test on motor before u buy it.

We just got a Stratos 273 in on trade with a 150 OMC, all 98 I think. Pretty clean rig and should be less than 10K.

I have that exact same stratos and I love it. I got mine in almost brand new condition from an older guy that never really used it, with that motor and me and another person on the boat i can run 60 with out pushing the motor hard and it rides great. I'd be glad to take you for a spin after the tx saturday if you'd like to check it out. Here is my girl.
