Lost another rod and reel last night anyone know the scuba diver?

Had my rod jerked in last night. It is stuck in a brush pile 14 foot deep. Was wondering if the scuba diver can get it and how much would he charge!!!!

I usually retrieve lost items for the guys in my club. I am a certified Rescue diver as well. Might cost you a day teaching me how to fish the chick. Let me know if you cant find someone, happy to help!
