this is why i use backup assistant with verizon it automatically saves all your phones numbers daily so if you lose a phone you can transfer your contacts to a new phone in a matter of seconds..Id bescrew'd if I were to lose my phone hence why I have the backup assistant ..Its real easy to use if you have verizon check it out on their website

Get the software that goes with your phone the next time.... Nokia has an awesome software suite that goes with thier phones. But the IPhone is superior to say the least. Then you can back up your contact info on the cpu.... not to overlook all those PIG bass you had on that thing... just memories now!
