I put these on my trailer last year for a trip to Florida when the water was low.

I've always though that a trailer that had an air suspension on it kinda like a lowrider car would help. You would have it to where the entire thing could be lowered to a set position so that the boat would be at a lower entry point. They may have someting like that out there, just figured it would work wel.. Hit a button as your backing down and it would lower the boat to the point of just floating off.

With the water so low at woods reservoir . If you run your trailer off the end of the ramp these will slide on the end of the ramp till your tires get to the ramp instead of busting the tire or worse pulling the axle loose from the trailer.

Been there done that at the ramp across from the river park, ramp, that ramp has big drop at the end when water is low, I got a small tired trailer stuck over the edge of the concrete, the leaf spring hanger caught the edge of the ramp and wouldnt come off!

I happen to find a 4x4 near the ramp, and pried up on the trailer to get back over the edge, thank god the boat wasn't on the trailer yet. It was Feb and cold.. that setup would have helped a lot on that lil trailer

I know quite a few people with these. I was like WTH when I first saw them. Makes sorta a sled. Most are very low to the ground.
