Sunday I fished the lower reservoir of Carters lake. It's kind of a gamble everytime you go there b/c the water level is always changing. Well the water was low, very low, I fished for 4 hrs without catching 1 fish. Seems like I tried everything possible, fished drop offs, cover, grass lines, rip rap, nothing. I finally caught 2 spotted dinks before I left, one on a spinnerbait and the other on a worm. Does anyone ever fish the lower carters? I know there are some big fish in there, but how do you find em?
