Lower unit leaking oil

Hello everyone! I just noticed I have oil leaking from my lower unit. Looks to be coming from where it mounts. This is the first boat I have ever owned and have no clue where to start. It's a 1986 evinrude 150 XP. Also do any of y'all know of a good marine mechanic in the Cleveland area?

Pull the prop and check for any fishing line around the shaft. Change the gear lube and replace the washers and check for leaks after a couple of trips.

also just as a check take and look at a smell the lower unit oil and then the oil from where you think its coming from. Could just be your fuel oil mixture draining from the carbs.
