lower unit

had my lower unit lubed a couple of weeks ago and when i first got it back and lowered it in the garage it leaked oil for a couple of days not much but a couple of spots then it stopped and hasnt done it since. Is this a major problem or normal ?

What engine??? Where does the oil look like it is leaking from??? Prop area or towards the boat. It may just be residual fluid that got in between the lower and the housing when they filled. May not be anything.

1993 johnson 115 from prop area and it was pitch black and like i said its not leaking anything now just making sure

If the fluid was black, it is more than likely unburned oil in the exhaust. Nothing to worry about. If the fluid had just been changed, it would have been clear if it was leaking.
