Two of these came on my boat when I bought it is 2014. I took one off and mounted the Garmin unit so it has sat here for over four years. It has the cup for the trolling motor transducer as well as bracket and bolt, and screws for the transom mount and unit cover. 285.00 and I will split the shipping.

still available if anyone needs it, I live near Abingdon and I believe the unit to be in great shape as I have not used it, but have kept it undated with the software updates. I have always found fellow fisherman to be pretty dependable and if it was not as described I would refund the money upon its return.
