Fished from 10:30-3:30. Water temp 61-65. Water was pretty clear for the Chick. Wind blew a little with occasional gusts. Fished main banks and points in Soddy Creek with no luck. Was throwing shaky head, T-rig, and crankbaits. Ran south a little and found some fish in a slough. Caught 3 white bass, a crappie, and 3 LM but not much size. Biggest was 2#. Caught all those fish on the same crank all in about 3-5 FOW. Then I lost a big one in the same area. Silly me didn't re-tie after all that action and next fish I hooked broke me off. I have learned my lesson about retying and using a little less drag with the crankbait. That spot had the potential to produce a limit in 30 minutes if I had played it a little better.
