I am very glad that I was able to come I learned some thing's That I think will help me kick but come weigh in time. emoAngler thank's and I am looking forward to the next one.

I had a good time but I think that I talked too much. My goal in having the studies is to initiate discussion. Next time we will plan to talk strictly about the pre-spawn, spawn, and post spawn periods and bass movement during these periods and where to find the fish using the study of maps. I hope to have it sometime in the next couple of months.

I'm glad that you had a good time and that you think that you learned something helpful. Every time I get together with guys/gals from the forum I think I learn something new. I always enjoy it.

I had an excellent time tonight, especially talking to others that I had see on the site but had never met. I think the BBQ dinner came out ok, I didn't hear any gripes so I suppose it did, I know to bring plenty of sweet tea next time, that stuff didn't last no time, if anyone had any problems, please let me know so that the next time will be better. Thanks again to the whole group.

2jigs, of all the friends I have made on this site, you were the ONLY person I thought of tonight and EXCUSED from the event. You stay home and enjoy that baby. Can't ever have another first week home.
I had a really terrific time tonight and got to meet some really fine folks. Meeting some of the "Masters" and seeing how modest they are, until you talk about catchin' fish.... I think we all shared some spots with one another on different maps that went around. We all had a great time and a much needed "fix for fishing" met tonight. The BBQ was awesome Doc, You done good!!!! Next time though we should order second helpings!!!!emoTongue We had 23 people sign up for the dinner and 30 people at the event. I'm pretty sure only two guys had to share a plate! And what great plates they were!!!
And for those of you who really enjoy HOT food. I mean HOT as in spicy hot, Doc has the hook up on the hottest BBQ sauce I've ever put in my mouth. By accident while cleaning up, I had a dab on my finger. I tasted it... to see if it was hot. The lady we got the BBQ from said "That's the hottest stuff on the planet!" She did not lie.
I won't be able to taste for a week, I bet. Nightrider thought it was hilaroius as did Doc. I'm sure I offended my new friend Tony with the language that may have been uttered under great distress. SORRY TONY!!!!!emoAngel
Thanks much to all the guys who participated and enjoyed the fellowship we are all fortunate enough to have found. The hunt club was a GREAT venue, and perfect for events in the future. We could have easily had two times the people there. And for those who missed it, make sure to come to the next one.

Thanks a lot guys, Doc, Polo, and MB for putting it together and TSO for a great locaton and the rest that helped out,,, i really enjoid the evening , got to talk face to face for a change and even thought the forum is great, i really enjoy meeting and talking "in person "with all you guys. Man do we need to get togerther and FISH!!

A great event folks - thank you very much! I got to meet more people, and still missed many of you. My only suggestion for future events is a mike and a small amp. Unless you were close, some of us elderly deaf folks had trouble hearing. Great food and great fellowship! Thanks again!!!!!!

Thanks alot Polo.TSO.MAdbomber,Doc1 and all others who made it possible. I really enjoyed myself. and the food was GREAT!!!!!!!!That jerky Doc was passing around was mighty tasty too. It was great to get to put faces with names and l,earn some good stuff about the maps too. Highlight of the evening was defintely when Nickajack Angler tried the HOTTT sauce. Man that was funny right there now...I dont care who you are!!!!

<font color="#ff0033">Although I got there late due to other restrainst I really enjoyed seeing old friends and meeting new one....great bunch of folks we have on the CFF forum.  Did not get to eat and I think it was due to Spurhunter's over eating...ha    It was nice of Matt to make the meeting, he sure is doin a good job.  and thanks to Tony for sharing the meeting place...nice and cozy...From what I hear, Doc, you done good. and it was funny (HI- lair- Re- us) when Spencer got the HOT STUFF.  Screaming and hollering ....I think he drank a 2 liter coke to calm him down...must be a Yankee thing...puttin stuff in the mouth without knowing what it is...LOL sorry just had to gig ya just a bit....and last but not least...Polo, MB,,thanks for your efforts.  Lookin forward to the next one...FA</font>
