MATER SANDWICH

pick ripe mater
glob of mayo
2 slices of white bread
salt & pepper

Lay bread flat and place big glob of mayo on one slice of bread then mash mayo on bread with sliced mater. Place other slice of bread on top of other slice. Salt and pepper to taste emoHungry emoHungry

You just described my "sank samich", I sorta like some cheese or 3 or 4 slices of baloney on mine with onion of course, serve with a glass of ice cold milk.
