i had read a article in the chatt free press about a man that started raising them in his basement and started shipping them worldwide, and i ordered some from him and have lost his info. I think he is over next to the old Buster Brown Bldg. would like his info.

Mealworms are good, but it's been my observation that the folks who are really serious about shellcrackers and large bream use wax worms.

Carol, I believe last year we got Waxworms for the Crackerfest at Hamiltons. Dont know if they only have them seasonal though.

Thanks Flip..... the 3 tackle shops in my area dont have waxworms but there is one checking on getting some for me. I guess if that doesnt work out, then it will be a trip to Hamiltons b4 crackerfest.

MB...... where do you get waxworms? The places I stop only have the mealworms. [/QUOTE]

Jacks B&T on Bonny Oaks (old Hwy 58) just past South Chickamauga creek.
