I have a small lease that is packed with deer, it was clear-cut 3 years ago, and its getting really thick, but this place is a gold-mine for deer meat. There are some serious bruisers in and around the property as well, a very large 7 point in the 130" range was missed this year, and several bucks pushing 150" are taken from the surrounding property every years. Our lease get an average of 4 man-days of deer hunting per year the last 7 years. I am looking for a member or two to split it with. At most there could really only be 4 stands hunted at one time, two of which are already in place, and are double ladders. If you have a tractor with front-end loader, and or bush-hog we can talk about trading out part of the cost. With work, this place could be the best deer killing land you have ever hunted. </p>
It is located in Unit "L" and you are allowed 3 doe's PER DAY, and one buck per day, up to the statewide limit. There will be ZERO restrictions on harvest on this lease. If its brown, your welcome to putit down.

There are lots of Coyotes, bobcats, and deer. No tree-rats to speak of, and while it USED to be the best turkey hunting around, you would be hard-pressed to find one in turkey season to shoot. </p>
Bent Rod hunted it last year with me, and saw several, killing one, and the same day I shot amongst 12 deer, and lost it after tracking for a half-mile. He can attest to the ability of this place to have tons of deer. </p>
