Mercury 115hp ??

I now have a Mercury 115 hp, my question is how do you find out the year and model# from the serial number. the serial # 0C100810?

Tileman is that a 4 or six cylinder. I am having to look in two places


Sorry I didn't see James reply but he answered my question because he has the exact cross reference. I have to search mine down by the h/p and cylinders. Boy if I was a little younger I would update my literature.

LOL!!! Wish I was a little younger also! I have a book with a chart that tells me starting serial numbers for each year from 1980 to 2006.

It doesn't list a model # just a item number and it is 1115412GD hope this helps.
