i need to know if a 96 mercury efi 150 lower unit will fit a 94 black max 150 thanks

Call this number 423 451-0125. They can tell you for sure. I believe it will fit but they will KNOW.

It will bolt up with no problem. Thing is, the EFI 150 is a 2.5L with a 1:87 ratio. The 150 (unless a xr6) is a 2L and will have a 2:1 ratio. This will cause you to have to change the pitch on the prop. Like trying to pull out in a car with a manual in 3rd gear.
