Mercury Optimax Swivel Pin bushing help

I need to replace the swivel pin bushings on my 90 hp Optimax as they are extremely worn and are to the point to where it is getting hard to steer. I have read in the service manual on what to do and I understand it is a lengthy process, pulling the powerhead and such, but is there anything that you all may suggest to replace at the same time or any heads up on anything particularly difficult to watch out for? Thanks for your help.

Replaced my swivel pin and bushings. Ihad to pull the powerhead and drop the foot. It was rough for a shade tree but its done. Saved some money so all is well
