Multipe things...Rod bolts coming loose, Damaged cylinder (most likely), broken spark plug electrode. Give some more information on what you have. Don't suggest you run it untill it gets looked at. If it is a rod bolts, if you catch it BEFORE the rod comes out of the block It will be alot cheaper.
