Mills/Bally Takes IFA Redfish Title at Grand isle

LIZELLA, GEORGIA- David "Boola" Mills and Brent Ballay, both of Venice, Louisiana, weighed in a two-redfish limit totaling 16.59 pounds to win the 2009 IFA Redfish Tour event at Grand Isle, Louisiana, on Saturday. To win the one-day event, which launched out of Bridgeside Marina, Mills and Ballay bested a field of other two-angler teams to win the final regular-season event in the Louisiana Division.</p>
