I just installed a new 3 bank charger and 15 hours have passed now and two of the batteries are binking yellow
The book says thats absorpition mode.is this normal or should i replace the two..ps both of them where dead when
i started the charge...........12 v 3 bank 15 amp

If the batteries were working good and you drained them completely, give it some time. The absorption mode is very slow but once you get back on a regular use and abuse schedule, things should go quicker. I don't have the MK charger but have been thru this before, with somebody else. I have to ask: are all the connections clean? This has nothing to do with the present issue but I highly recommend dielectric grease on all the connections. I protects the connection.

If they were/are completely dead, you may have to put a conventional charger on them for an hour or two. Then the on-board unit should be able to take over.

Seems like I ran into this when I first got my Minn Kota....I'm sorry I don't remember for sure, but seems like I had a blown fuse in the line going to the battery. Worth checking I guess and hope it helps..
