Minn Kota Maxxum tiller-control trolling motor, 24V, #74 thrust. I bought it used from a member here solely to scavenge the bow mount, which I replaced with the tiller mount shown in the photos. No idea whether it runs or not, as my boat is rigged for 12V, but it seems in reasonably good condition. $100 obo.
