I butchered a big buck today and made some goodies for the smoker. Venison moinkballs and marinated venison loin medallions. Smoked with wild cherry wood. Yum, yum!

you should tell everyone what moinkballs are. Altough I think those would be doink balls

I thought everyone knew what moinkballs were.
Just in case they don't. Basically they are meatballs wrapped in bacon and smoked. Then glazed and smoked a bit more. They are some of the best appetizers a person can eat.

HA! I've been eating like that for 49 years. Just started a new hobby of posting pics of it to make you boys drool. emoBigsmile

If I wear the grill out they will give me a new one. It is guaranteed for life.

Hey Cheez,
How about a full write up on the grill how you like it "Great I can tell " what you use in it how well it cooks in and outs, special fuels? etc.. Ive looked at the green eggs and like it, but havent heard about this one untill you got it...

Cheez man Im jealous I have to look at the Primo everyday thinking about these pictures you keep posting..I cant wait til I get mine!!! You look to be a heck of a chef

From everything I have read its like a large green egg but oval. PJ if you check out one of the eggfests you can pick up an egg for a little bit better deal then retail. These ceramic ones are high dollar!!!

Thanks,
Thats why im on the fence about getting one, I can go through a bunch of regular grills for the price of one of there ceramic grills...

A regular grill won't hold a candle to a ceramic in cooking ability. I have had a bunch of gas and charcoal grills. Ceramic doesn't rust!
