Someone decided they needed my stan sloan blacklights more than I did so I had to go shopping friday for some new ones. I decided I wanted to try out the LED style lights and after talking to my bud randy at fishtales I decided I'd give the moonlite brand a shot. Man these things ain't cheap at $149 a pop but they will really surprise you. I bought the full moon model which is the bigger of the two they make which is only about 12 inchs long. To be honest I thought randy might have been smoking or drinking something in the back of the store before I got there when he said that little thing would be all the light I needed for one side. Believe me he's right, all you need is one per side or just switch the one back and forth and your in bussiness. I have a 05 200 pro xl (stratos) which is 20 feet long and the sinlge full moon is awesome. It's unreal that one single moonlite lights more and is brighter than the two stan sloans ever thought about and pulls less current.
