Motor Guide trolling motor

I am having trouble keeping my tolling motor height adjusted. I have a Motor guide tourt ed 82 lb trolling motor. I tried tightening the bolt down more and I stripped the crappy piece of plastic you twist with your hand. Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions and does anyone know where I could get another bolt with the hand twist on it?

I broke the plastic off of the bolt, and used pliers to tighten it down.

Same problem! After busting the knob, I finally drilled a hole and put a stainless set screw throught the housing to lock the shaft in place. It was well worth the cost of a thread tap to end the aggrevation of it turning and slipping down! The rubber cap covering the on/off switch also required re-engineering, and the wire guide/protector where it goes into the head has torn out. Pretty crappy engineering for that much money!!!!
