MOTORGUIDE TOUR EDITION 82 LB. STEERING CABLE REPLACEMENT HELP

Guys and Gals if any of you have any experience with this chime in. I have looked on the web and cant find anything on it. I have the cables out and need to know about the cable wrapping in the head.
Any help would be appreciated. emoBang

Think you have to cut wrap to get cable ends thru. The old man did before he died....I think he had to but wasn't there. Also pretty sure there are 3 different sets, so make sure you have correct ones. Not much help, I know but It's all I got

Hum, I just changed one of my cables on my 82 tour last month and from what I can remember it was easy but for some reason I can't remember the cable wrapping. I'll go open mine up and take a look.

Ok so the cable that comes through the left side wraps around the bottom and the right side through the top.
