Well after hearing everyone talk about it I had to order a spool as you get a ton for a low price.I almost exclusively fish 6 lb test and really like the hi vis color.. I have two nice Pfluger spinning reels one Supreme and other is an older model Intensity so I know my problem with the line isnt reel related..The line is very strong fought a couple 25-30 lb drums with no problem at all but the twist was just crazy.. I really loved the color which is different from Stren Hi Vis Gold but the line twist really ruined the line for me..I will be pulling it off my reels and respooling with something different..Ill probably have a big spool I will sell to someone to keep them from having to have it shipped in..

Might just be me a bad expericence but did not care for the line at all. emoSorry

The Mr. Crappie line is very good in the 4 to 6 pound range, bigger than that it is terrible, After putting the new line on your reel, tie the end of the line to at least 2 swivels snapped together, Tie the swivels to an unmovalable object, this can be doe in your backyard and your neighbors, let all the line off the reel then stretch the line untill almost breaking it then wind it back on, the swivels let the kinks out of the line, this will last for around 2 fishing trips then it will kink up again, let the line off again and re stretch it again. Repeat if neccessary. Drumking will also give you a few pointers about using this line, he has everyone using it.

Im sure those tricks work but never had to do anything like that with regular old stren.. thats why Im going back to what works for me.. Im sure its great line I personally just didnt like it

Josh a lot of times on a spinning reel the string gets put on the reel twisted. Here is what I read and has worked great on spinning reels. Lay the spool down on the ground flat, reel in about 10 cranks of new line and see if the line is starting to twist, you will know. If the line is starting to twist, flip the spool over onto the other side and finish stringing the reel. I used to have twist using a pen or something on spool to allow it to spin, but I changed. I have found most line I put on do better if the label is facing down when I respool.

Guys not sounding like a smarta** but i know how to put line on.. never had this problem with any other line so i have no choice but to blame it on the line..Just not my thing.. loved the price and the strength just not the casting with it..

And any line I gotta take out all the way across my backyard to use isnt my thing emoEnforce Like i said been using 6lb stren hi vis with no problems at all... going go back to that or try the pline floroclear .. and i like to have my line spooled for me at Sportsman or Hamiltons it is cheaper and dont have to buy a whole spool just what you actually need
