31 May & 1 June 2014 Lake Guntersville Two fantastic days on Guntersville…Saturday it was John and Trey from McMinnville TN and Yesterday Jody and Penny Allen from Henagar AL joined me. Saturday the guy’s wanted to catch fish from the ledges and we did on Jigs. Sunday it was all top water, Jody caught his fish bass ever on a Rapala Pop-r and Penny continued the trend with a chug bug all worked around the Shad Spawn which has fired up on the main channel. The best producer on the ledges and shell beds remained Tightline Muscle Crawler Jigs with Missile Baits Twin Turbo Tail Trailers worked in 12 to 25 FOW. Water temperatures have jumped with the warm days and range from 80-82 degrees on the main lake/channel.
